At Whole Sale Boosters, we are committed to delivering high-quality, authentic trading card game (TCG) products to collectors and players worldwide. Every item we ship is carefully inspected and securely packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Due to the collectible and sensitive nature of TCG products, we maintain a strict but fair return policy. Please read the details below before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following circumstances:
- You received an incorrect item (wrong product, set, or variation)
- Your order arrived damaged during shipping
- The product is defective, tampered with, or not properly sealed upon arrival
- Your package is lost, undelivered, or incorrectly marked as delivered (subject to courier verification)
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, based on the tracking confirmation. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain fairness and product integrity, the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Opened, used, or resealed products (including booster packs, booster boxes, and elite collections)
- Individual cards pulled from sealed products
- Pre-order items once they have been shipped
- Clearance, discounted, or final sale items
- Digital products or redemption/code cards (if applicable)
- Any return request submitted after the 7-day window
⚠️ Trading cards are highly sensitive and easily tampered with, so we strictly enforce these conditions to protect all customers.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in limited cases, such as:
- The wrong item was shipped to you
- The product arrived damaged or defective
All exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested replacement is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit as an alternative.
Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved and the item is received:
- Our team will inspect the product to verify its condition
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
Partial Refunds (if applicable):
Partial refunds may be issued under certain conditions:
- Items returned in damaged or altered condition due to improper packaging
- Unauthorized returns that do not meet eligibility criteria
- Missing original packaging or accessories
- Returns where shipping guidelines were not followed
Return Shipping
- If the issue is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs
- For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
